Hip Hop vinyasa

Yin

RESTORE + SOUND

Prenatal Flow & Restore

Yoga on the Deck classes will be in the style specified on the schedule. In the case that it rains, rest assured that class will be held inside.

Experience the perfect blend of therapeutic self-myofascial release and gentle yoga in our unique class designed to relieve chronic tightness, break down muscle knots, and loosen stiff fascia. We'll begin with the use of tennis balls to target key areas, helping to release tension and improve mobility. By applying gentle pressure and controlled movements, you'll discover how to soothe and rejuvenate tired muscles and connective tissue.
Following this therapeutic practice, we'll transition into a slow flow yoga sequence. This mindful flow will complement the myofascial release by gradually opening up the muscles, enhancing flexibility, and promoting a deeper connection to your body.
