Wild Heart Yoga offers a charming and flexible indoor and outdoor space that can be transformed into your ideal venue for any event! Use our bright indoor studio spaces to host classes, workshops, parties, art shows, seminars, corporate retreats, and other special occasions. Then head outside and enjoy our tree lined venue and romantic twinkle lights. Perfect for dinner parties, luncheons, showers, happy hour, album release parties, photo and video shoots, bachelorette/ bachelor parties, rehearsal dinners, weddings, birthdays, and more!

Fees & Requirements
A signed contract and deposit (half the rental rate) are required for events 4 weeks out
Events less than 4weeks out, require payment in full in reserve
a $500 refundable deposit is required 2 weeks prior to event for possible damages. The deposit will be returned after the event if the premises have been left clean and undamaged
Food & Beverages, FLoral, Music, furniture rental
We’ve partnered with some of Austin’s finest to help you curate the event of your dreams! Our preferred list includes caterers and chefs who can help you create your desired menu from finger foods to gourmet courses. Loot Vintage Furniture Rental will transform the space with our boho nature driven backdrop, while florists produce blooms to add whimsical pops of color. Our TABC certified bartenders are available to create signature cocktails and mocktails, while musicians play tunes to get everyone on their feet. Our preferred vendors are familiar with our space and are top notch, though clients are welcome to work with the caterer/company of your choice. Need an event coordinator to assist with the details? We have a preferred vendor for that too!

Rates
The Wild Heart Yoga Event Space is a bohemian sanctuary located just 7 miles from downtown Austin. Our 1/2 acres includes 2 indoor spaces and an outdoor space surrounded by oak trees and twinkle lights. Our venue can accommodate up to 100 guests.
Rates range from $400-$800 per hour depending on number of attendees, length of time. Minimum 3 hours required. Please inquire for a custom quote. info@wildheartyogaaustin.com
