Jenna
This native New Yorker came to yoga over a decade ago, finding a practice that was the perfect complement to her training as a triathlete. After suffering a knee injury, life took an unexpected shift. Yoga took a front seat to her life, as she dove into the history of the practice and the more meditative and ancient magical aspects. Students come to Jenna's classes to find moments of peace while enjoying creative sequencing, good music and a healthy dose of humor. Jenna offers her students a path to experiential learning with a well-rounded practice and meditation. Through her continuing studies and practice, she strives to help others turn inward, outward, onward (and downward and upward!)

Allison
Allison is an ERYT500 and PRYT with over a 1,000 hours of training including advanced asana, pre/postnatal, pilates, Restorative Yoga with the great Judith Lasater and trauma informed training working with both veterans and the pre/postnatal populations. Allison considers herself a lifelong learner. She has been practicing yoga since 2008; her true passion for yoga was sparked during her first pregnancy in 2011. Now as a mother of 3 girls, her own sanity is found on the mat. She's been an educator for years, but in different capacities. First as a public school art teacher, a mother and now a yoga teacher and a Birthing from Within Mentor and Certified Doula and Childbirth Educator. She enjoys leading sweaty soulful vinyasa flows as well as guiding momma's to be and postpartum moms through mindful meditations and sweet pre/postnatal flows. Her classes are full of energy and challenging flows, but she always gives her students the guidance to listen to their own bodies and make modifications as necessary in order to have complete autonomy over their practice. Allison truly believes students should meet themselves where they are and grow from there.

LAUREL
Growing up as a dancer, Laurel has always felt drawn to movement as a form of expression. She decided to dive further into the practice of yoga at the beginning of the pandemic as a way to stay active. She found that the practice of yoga has so many layers that she was eager to peel back. Laurel felt called to obtain her 200-hr YTT at Wild Heart Yoga in the Fall of 2021. She aims to extend her learnings of powerful yogic philosophy, mindfulness, asana sequencing, human connection, and spirituality to her students. Laurel holds a safe space where individuals are free to explore poses and the physical and mental sensations that accompany them.

Practices are stimulating, energizing, and designed for a full-body and mind connection. You can expect an authentic, non-judgmental teaching style; his intention is to help you find your inner wisdom to create a more disciplined, healthy, fun, and spiritually connected life.
Adam is a RYT 500 Hour certified instructor teaching Flow, Power, Slow Flow, and Yin, and has also completed a meditation teacher training.

Crystal
Crystal first tried out yoga in high school in a world religions class. During her own roaring 20s was when she got hooked on the way a challenging class made her feel. She learned that when we keep showing up, we are capable of a lot. She attained her first YTT certification at The Little Yoga House in 2016, where she taught kids aerial and family yoga. Since then, she has received her 200 YTT certification from Yoga East Austin and Wild Heart Yoga. Crystal enjoys tapping into that magical moment when one finds the calm in a challenging pose.

Jessica
Jessica began her yoga journey 14 years ago after practicing classic Pilates for 12 years. Seeking a deeper mind-body connection, she found herself balancing the challenges of young children, health issues, and anxiety. On a friend's recommendation, she tried Vinyasa Flow yoga and immediately felt a transformative shift. Yoga became her sanctuary, helping her calm her mind, connect with her breath, and feel grounded. It also allowed her to be more present for her family and friends.
Inspired by the positive impact yoga had on her life, Jessica pursued teacher training to share its benefits with others. She received her 200-hour certification in Baptiste Power Flow Yoga through Yoga Alliance in 2011. Since then, she has deepened her practice through workshops with renowned teachers like Sean Corn, Ana Forrest, Shiva Rea, and many others.

Kate
When Kate first stepped onto the mat over a decade ago, she never imagined this practice quietly would redirect her entire path in life. Her classes are creative, fun, and down-to-earth, and intended to empower students with the knowledge to better understand their bodies in an accessible way.
Her yoga studies have included a fusion of in-depth anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, as well as myofascial release and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Lea
Lea, a Tucson, Arizona native, rooted herself in Austin, Texas. Infusing her classes with desert wisdom, she offers grounding amidst life's chaos, drawing on her personal practice that nurtures confidence, releases anxiety, and deepens the mind/body connection.
